Turning Within: Contemplative Presence

After decades of reading, workshops, teachers, practices - a moment comes that announces itself as "ENOUGH." The ground has been tilled and (sometimes) overly planted. So - some weeding is necessary for the new insights/directions to emerge from your own inner ground.

AWAKENING and LISTENING to new capacities growing within - NOT thinking or feeling - but listening for the deeper more subtle meaning in sensations, dreams, encountering all the concrete realities of nature/our own nature, embracing whatever it is we find beneath our own habitual surfaces - and staying, staing present - making a hearth for our own fire.

Edith is our mentor and prophet for the times she knows we are trying to let go, be freed from whatever impedes growth, goodness and giving!

And here we are manifesting to each other and the universe! Your poem is soulful, Gina, dealing with the unknowns of each day as they come. Thanks for sharing.
