Opening Inner Space

Slowly and sometimes more suddenly, I feel a shift from action to contemplation, feel the need of it, for myself and the world. Too much activity, outward-oriented, is not helping the world, as far as I can discern. We are in chaotic, accelerating, evolutionary times and holding the space for it to evolve seems more important to me now than contributing to the frantic, often mindless activity.
